I was browsing through a few of them the other day and thought this one sounded like solid, useable information and it wasn’t overhyped. It’s “Zero Down Real Estate Investing” by Joe Crump. He claims by no means to be a genius, and has learned all of his techniques the hard way. The program explains some of the most popular ways to invest in real estate, and does it with systematic instructions and proven examples. You can even reprint his purchases and sales contracts or modify them to suit your needs.
