Don Lapre

Who is Don Lapre?  Don Lapre grew up in Massachusetts with 2 brothers and 2 sisters then moved to Arizona about 35 years ago.  He had humble beginnings and worked many odd jobs just to make ends meet while growing up.  Today, he is a successful entrepreneur and family man raising 2 daughters with his wife.

Don Lapre has been known as the “King of infomercials” from having different business opportunities and products being offered through television infomercials for over 10 years.  Apparently he had filed for bankruptcy in 1999 and someone bought his company from him.  There are reports that the new owner who was using Don’s name and infomercials to sell products was not keeping ethical business practices.  This in turn created a lot of bad press for Don Lapre himself.  Lapre says that he had no part in those unethical business practices, and that this other company was dragging his name through the mud.

Nowadays Don Lapre is focusing on health products.  In particular, his most recent product is a vitamin called, The Greatest Vitamin In The World.  It also has a business opportunity tied to the product.  Some people say that this product’s popularity has really been growing over the last few years.
